In light of the restrictions on public gatherings due to COVID-19, the Town filed with the Middlesex Superior Court a Verified Complaint and Emergency Motion for Preliminary Injunction to authorize the cancellation of the 2021 Town Caucus in favor of using nomination papers instead. The papers would require 10 signatures of registered voters rather than 50. The official notice and court filing can be read online. The meeting link will be posted here as soon as it is received.
