Health insurance for Town of Weston employees and retirees is governed by Chapter 32B of the Massachusetts General Laws and is administered by the state's Group Insurance Commission. As of July 1, 2023, the Town contributes 82.5% of the premium cost for HMO-type plans, 78% for PPO plans, 79% for POS plans, and 65% for indemnity plans.
