751-761 Boston Post Road

The developer of Highland Meadows, working with Mill Creek Residential, has proposed a 180-unit rental project for the two parcels located at 751 and 761 Boston Post Road. The development is called Modera Weston and is proposed to be built on 12 acres within a total of 62-acres of land. 

Comprehensive Permit Public Hearings

Mill Creek Residential has filed an application for the comprehensive permit for Modera Weston. This application triggers a judicial process where members of the Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) hold a series of public hearings to receive information regarding the project. These public hearings must be held within a set time frame and a decision is filed at the end. This is a prescribed process set by state law.

Project Eligibility Letter

Town comments regarding this project were submitted to MassHousing, which then issued its Project Eligibility Letter (PEL) for this development. This allowed the developer to file for a Comprehensive Permit through the Zoning Board of Appeals. Both the Town comments and the signed PEL can be found below.
